| About HND (UK) Ltd - Tables We are a specialist manufacturer of MARBLE, GRANITE, LIMESTONE and GLASS tables for kitchen, casual, dining, occasional and conservatory use in both contemporary and traditional styles. All the stone table tops are manufactured in our factory in Worcester using NATURAL MATERIALS ONLY. The HND range of tables has been developed to cover avariety of kitchen sizes and dining areas. Whatever size your kitchen, we think we have a size to suit. If not - contact us! All tables are generally made to order. Finishes We currently stock a range of marbles, granites and limestones, giving choice of colour, texture and hardness for different environments. The HND range of chairs and stools We believe in offering a wide range of chairs using a variety of materials but always with the view of being stylish, practical and comfortable. Within our range we have 'petite' chairs which are popular and practical in small kitchens (see our Patsy, Nikki, Alice, Glacier or Flip! chairs) and can tuck away under the table when not in use. |
There are chairs for casual dining now the kitchen has become the main entertaining room (see Pippa, Georgia, Carla, Coco and Gigi) We have chairs that offer a styling that is unique but well engineered, practical and functional (Elle uses a special plastic compound to achieve simplicity and elegance, Glacier in clear acrylic, Linguine with PVC strapping, Suzie in a special plastic compound with no fixings in view on the seat face and back face, and Carla in woven nylon fabric giving great comfort. Chairs for fun (see Carnival and Flip! ) especially with the popularity of white kitchens to add some colour to the proceedings. HND stools offer some classic designs (see Z, Chicago, Trento and Parma) as well as 'action stools' which swiveland have a gas-lift height adjustment (see Rimini, Lucca, Detroit, Manhattan and Seattle). Our stools are suitable for UK kitchen use at a height of 60-70cm. Stools that are higher will not be suitable for the average UK worktop height and are best suited for the café and restaurant trade. In our traditional/classic range we have introduced the new forged chair, Assisi which is hand made in Italy and is very comfortable without a cushion, unlike so many chairs in this category. This range will suit dining, conservatory and terrace use. |
